A three-year framework: a Grove in your country’s name
From December 2026 to November 2029, recorded in a Memorandum of Understanding that can be signed at the dinner on 3 December. At its heart is a regular contribution of mangrove seedlings, raised in community nurseries, planted by trained community groups at the Kwetu Training Centre for Sustainable Development and the wider Kilifi coast, GPS-tagged in your country’s name, checked for survival at six months and reported after every cycle.

- Larger contributions, or a combination of rhythms, can be arranged.
- Seedlings may be supported directly or provided in kind through community nurseries.
- Each programme year can be settled in one annual contribution, made before the year starts. We issue a pro forma invoice for each year and an official receipt when it is settled.
- Each contribution includes the booking charge of US$ 15, and the balance is based on about USD 0.77 for each seedling raised, planted, tagged and monitored.

- DelegationPlease advise the number and names of the delegation, and the seating will be arranged to accommodate it fully.
- Protocol and securityArrangements for an ambassador’s attendance are coordinated with the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs and with the County Commander, Kilifi County.
- Signing of the MemorandumA dedicated moment in the dinner programme, with two original copies prepared by the Secretariat, and photographs and a joint announcement released with the embassy’s approval.

Seat categories are Standard, Preferred, VIP and VVIP. VVIP seats are subject to protocol and to who attends on the night.
Every level funds a seedling at about USD 0.77 to 0.78
Divide any level’s contribution by its seedlings and the answer is almost the same, so a larger level is more of the same planting, not a different price.
Seats grow faster than the price
Two seats at Entry become ten at Strategic, and the seat mix moves from Standard to Preferred, VIP and VVIP.
Moving up is allowed
You can move to a higher level at any time before 3 December. Seats and spaces are allocated in the order of confirmation.

A three-day event across three venues, with more than a thousand people on planting day, runs on vehicles. A company that builds, sells or finances them can show its newest product in front of the people who choose it, and put vehicles to real work.

Entrée finance 2 500 plants avec 2 places Standard au dîner et un stand plus petit. Ancre finance 5 000 plants avec 3 places, un stand plus grand et une intervention au programme. Majeur finance 10 000 plants avec 5 places, un stand double premium, un mot de bienvenue depuis la scène, un prix à remettre et une zone de plantation nominative. Stratégique finance 25 000 plants ou plus avec 10 places dont des VIP et VVIP, un stand phare avec salon partenaires, le statut de partenaire présentateur du dîner et une plantation cérémonielle. Quelle est la manière la moins chère pour une entreprise de participer à Blue Carbon Action 2026 ?
Le niveau Entrée, à environ 1 940 USD, finance 2 500 plants à votre nom et comprend 2 places au dîner, un stand pendant trois jours, votre logo à l’écran et dans le programme, et une place le jour de la plantation. Chaque niveau finance un plant pour environ 0,77 à 0,78 USD ; un niveau supérieur représente donc davantage de la même chose. Vous pouvez passer à un niveau supérieur à tout moment avant le 3 décembre.
Comment la valeur de la participation est-elle mesurée ?
Nous convenons des indicateurs avec vous avant l’événement : plants plantés et leur survie à six mois, contrôlés avec le Service forestier du Kenya ; visiteurs de votre stand ; décideurs rencontrés ; collègues ayant participé ; portée médiatique et sur les réseaux sociaux ; et votre contribution aux résultats de l’événement. Vous recevez un Certificat d’activation de partenaire, un Rapport d’impact, une inscription sur le Mur des engagements et des Archives de couverture médiatique. Nous ne revendiquons aucun crédit carbone pour la plantation.
Qui sera présent à Blue Carbon Action 2026 ?
Nous avons invité le gouvernement national, les six gouvernements de comtés de la côte, les banques, assureurs et régulateurs, les ports et entreprises de logistique, les universités, le tourisme et l’hôtellerie, les fabricants et les entreprises de déchets et d’économie circulaire, les ambassades, dont l’Ambassade de la République d’Indonésie, les partenaires de développement, les communautés, les jeunes et les médias. Nous visons plus de 1 000 participants le jour de la plantation, dix zones d’exposition, six comtés de la côte et trente partenaires stratégiques ou plus, et nous rendrons compte des chiffres réels.
Mon entreprise peut-elle présenter un véhicule ou un produit, ou fournir des véhicules ?
Oui. Les niveaux supérieurs comprennent un stand assez grand pour présenter un véhicule, et nous accueillons volontiers des bus pour les bénévoles et les groupes d’étudiants, des camions pour les déchets collectés lors du nettoyage et des pick-up pour les plants et les outils. Quelles sont les catégories de places au dîner ?
Standard, Préférentielle, VIP et VVIP. Les places VVIP sont soumises au protocole et à la présence des invités le soir même. Les places sont attribuées dans l’ordre des confirmations, et des places au dîner sont aussi proposées séparément aux administrateurs, au personnel et aux invités.
